Player rolled (0-100)?
Post dedicated to all stupid Coin Tossers worldwide, especially in savage lands, where people dwell without guaranteed social inssurance for all.

Looks like the RTD plug-in you see in some source game servers. But I wouldn't think this would have anything like thatt.

And what they've got with that command, time pass?
They shortened time to next match for themselves?

And in this guide you shared, I saw so many cheating abilities...is it possible to teleport during Stopwatch?

Idk if you're trolling or just stupid, the cointoss command make. You. Toss. A. Coin. Amazing i know.
But I'll edit the description for people like you.
And like Arimic pointed out only one section is for online commands the rest will only work offline.

I always play fair, at least in multiplayer.
Never tried CS or CoD and I don't mess with console when in online match.

So, if anyone can explain with simple non-progammers language, what this command do?

It rolls a random number generator between a specified set of numbers.

That's why it's called a "coin toss."

When they rolled the numbers 0-100, it rolls to pick a random number between 0 and 100.

Yes, actually. :P

Though I imagine it's also in case they needed to decide something before a match- like, for instance, if there's an argument about which team gets to choose what map or merc to ban before play.

Roll heads or tails (1 or 2).

Player that rolls the correct number gets to choose first ban/map.
