Can you group with freinds
I know that they added groups when I stopped playing but how many people can you acuatly group with

You can play casual with 5 friends invited to party. In ranked you can group with 4 players.

How do you group with friends?
I join a casual game and it says are you sure you want to leave the group, I have no idea how you group and search for a game. Does anyone have a idea?

Casual matchmaking is only for USA and EU.

If you wanna group up in the server browser, you'll have to tell your friends to join the server you're in. They can do that by rightclicking your name in the friends list and clicking "join game". That way you might have to play against them though.
