how do i open a arsenal crate?

arsenal crates aren't locked.

You need to reach level 7 to open them. And you don't open it with key (you can't open it with key)

ah yeah its cause i wasn't level 7, thanks haha it doesnt say anywhere that you need to be lvl 7 to open it aha it just said locked

Only cases you need a key for are weapon cases (and only half of them)
