how to unlock 180 fps

googled a lot cant find a thing, tried, doesnt work.

anyone knows?

it's just capped on 180 by devs, cant really remember the reason.

It's capped there because any higher and Unreal physics starts behaving strangely and causing bugs and server desyncs.

And did you know there are quite a few games limited to 30 fps?

I wonder if you have a 240hz monitor. Wouldn't be a suprise anyway since you have a GTX 1080 Ti. Also this isn't Source engine where over 180fps makes sense since input was tied to FPS, but it's not that in this case.

Why do u need more fps?

He's most likely a fighter pilot IRL so he needs at least 500 fps for his perception of smooth movement on screen.

while I don't disagree with your general statement have you seen the forums of these games that are capped at 30/60 fps? people are crazy for fps. As long as they can get their 240+ fps they'd buy literally a pile of ♥♥♥♥.
