Should using a Fix spray return an empty spray bottle to your inventory?

Relatively easier fungal infection cures but that's all I know about with my limited playtime. but I think the OP part is saying now that every single Joppa start is almost guaranteed a spray bottle. i don't know enough about spray bottles to say if that's okay or not

There are multiple ways to get a guaranteed spray bottle pretty early. Getting the recipe and ingredients for the cure is frankly harder most of the time.
