Ammo display for Overlay UI

In the old UI's side bar you can see what type of ammo your bow is using atm, as well as how many slugs are loaded into your rifle or revolver.

It would be nice to have an (optional) overlay element that shows the same info.
Also, while at it... perhaps make it show how much of said ammo remains in your inventory?

Example:
borderlands revolver [3/6] [120]

(3 loaded bullets, 6 max chamber size, 120 slugs in inventory)

It's element could be a small rectangle that the players drag where they want.
(On that note, I'd be nice if the message log could be resized horizontally, too)
