Deployed turrets get free jacked mod and cells
If you deploy an energy based weapon as a turret with the tinker skill, it will automatically be jacked and you get the free mod when disarming the turret.

Deploying a laser rifle turret also puts a free extra chem cell into their inventory that you get on trade/kill. Chaingun turrets also puts free extra lead slugs into their inventory.
