Right Hand doesn't benefit from Multiweapon Fighting(?)
I randomly decided to check the offhand proc rates for Multiweapon fighting (I forgot if it applied to horns and tail, I already have learned it does not), and my primary attack limb is my head to use my horns. However, my right hand says it has a 20% off-hand proc rate, as opposed to every left hand I have (Chimera limbs) having a 65% listed proc-rate.

Is this just a display glitch or do right hands have some strange bug preventing them from benefiting from Multiweapon skills?

That is due to you having selecting horns as your primary weapon. As you stated, horns do not benefit from multiweapon fighting. You can not circumvent this by selecting those as your primary weapon and then letting all other limbs profit from multiweapon fighting. If you select horns to get rid of that static 20%, the old primary limb with get the 20% instead. It has nothing to do with left or right hands.

It is not really communicated anywhere, so it is easy to see this as a bug. A hint is that the default offhand attack rate is 15%. What is your first selected primary hand on game start is also random and not all characters are hardcoded right handed.

Having tested changing off from my Horns to one of my left hands after reading your response, I did see my Right hand go to 65%. Thank you for clarifying, I thought it may have been something weird. It's appreciated.

Yeah since the game does not tell you anything about that mechanic, it does look very weird. Would be cool if there was a similar hint than what the stingers have with mainhand poison chance.
