When you do water ritual with a putus templar legendary you can ask cybernetics credit wedge for 250 rep.

After that it spawns that item in his inventory. After buying that you can rinse and repeat to get infinite credit wedges.

Probably intentional behavior. You loose rep each time and must have positive rep in order to trade for credit.

No I can buy them on trade screen. It just spawns another one when I go to water ritual.
