Becoming Nook not installing Cybernetics.

I'm True Kin with License Tier: 5, Credits Used: 2. I have Schemasoft (Melee Weapons, Low Tier).

I interact with the Becoming Nook, and try to install the Schemasoft. The installation screen prints out as usual, but then at the end where it typically waits at 'A) Return to Main Menu', it auto-forwards past it. The Schemasoft is not installed, and my old head implant remains intact.

Trying to uninstall my current head implant results in the same 'auto-forward' at the end of the installation screen, with the installation unsuccessful.

I've had no problem in previous versions, and this is the first Becoming Nook I've run across in my new save, so it looks like an exciting new weirdness from my end.
