legendary merchant hostile by default

I found a legendary merchant, but him and his hired guards were apparently chosen to be qudzu symbiotes and was therefore hostile. Not sure if this is entirely a bug but I'm posting it here because it seems pretty unusual and unintentional

This is intentional; the qudzu altered the merchant's behavior. Now if you were well-liked by vines and he *still* attacked you, then we'd have a problem.
