Have nectar drop cooking rolls changed in 1.0?
So im currently on a 10+ roll of nothing when cooking with nectar, wtf?

Level 40 now, had like 3 hits during the early game and then straight nothing for most of my current run, and i am sure i cooked with over 10 drops now, maybe closer to 15 even.

Is this normal behavior or has the RNGesus really forsaken me that much?

25% RNG. Can fail as many times as possible. There is no absolute magical roll.

As comparison > The SUPER BIG LOTTERY win, what is the chance? The same can be applied to you failing.

Welcome to the wonderful world of random chance and probability. 10 failed rolls back-to back doesn't sound that unlikely. 5-6% chance maybe. Even 15 back to back fails are bound to happen to some players eventually. ~1.5% chance of happening.

Damn. I just know if i eat that w/o precog up, i'll roll Neutron Flux and get the bad outcome.

And rerolling doesn't help when it has its own RNG seed. You get the same result every time you try unless you start a brand new game.

Bloody hell that 25% rng never hit me this bad lol

As a mutant tinker, I'm saving all my nectar drops for rerolling my new mutation options.
