triple jointed + juke + pointed circle
is this combo game breaking?
like, if i got triple jointed high enough to get it to proc 100%? which, according to the wiki would be mutation level 31, which would require 7 rapid advancements = character level 65.

then i could just go next to an enemy and just juke juke juke juke juke juke juke until it is dead.
of which i understand realistically, this is only possible through abusing game mechanics, like book donation.

You don't need it to be a 100% chance to get good use out of it. Juke's base cooldown is already relatively fast, at 40 rounds, and if you're going for a high-Agility build you might as well get Tumble, which reduces Juke's cooldown to 20 rounds. This is before Willpower modifiers as well. You can pretty much just use the combo until the ability doesn't recharge, and then back off until you can do it again.
At level 65 there is very little that does not break the game imo. It is hard to talk about balance at that point. You can also get 100% mental action point reduction with level 17 two-headed and cast like 20+ pyrokinesis with a food trigger per turn. That is not infinite, but enough to kill almost everything instantly and possible much earlier, though requires more comboing.

There are a few other food combos that let you get a ton of actions in a row, but they are a bit more luck based to keep the combo going and do cost those turns once your combo ends.

ok, I've seen a lot of people say things like this, even if you make the pyrokinesis casts free which condition are people using to reliably get 20 food triggers per turn

E.g. 25% chance from dealing electrical damage and then using beamsplit high-powered arcwinders. You do not need to hit an enemy do do that, since electrical damage against walls and trees and such is calculated too.
