i need help with main quest (spoilers)
Barathum is dead what i do now?

How did you manage that? He should be safe in his office when anything potentially dangerous is going on..

Depending on where you are in the main quest it either:

A, does not matter because you've already had all the conversations with him that you need

B, totally stops you from proceeding with the main story if you still need to talk to him about something, so give up on the main quest and do something else this run. Try the main quest again with another run.

If case B and you still want to do the main story in this run, you can use Wish (debug menu) to spawn him back in.

Pretty sure you need wishing to proceed if he is dead. Barathrum is the only main quest NPC that does not have any death safety (that I know of) and is usually safe. If you get him as a follower, I would suggest telling him to stay at a place until you got rid of all danger.

actually you can proceed without him anyways after the reclamation quest.

So he just needs to be alive until the quest starts and then it's fine? Probably should not die on the way there then at least.

the game asks if you want to ascend without him. you can just say "yes" if there is no other ways.
