How do I view my own graffiti and tattoos?

When I come upon a graffitied wall generated by the game, I can [l]ook at it to read the worn graffiti. But when I draw on a wall with crayon, the color changes but I can't read back my graffiti, is this not implemented yet?

Likewise with being able to view my own tattoos. What if I forget what I put on myself? It should show up in the character screen under applied [e]ffects, in my opinion

You can [l]ook at yourself. At least, that's how you could view your own tattoos before. I think I've never done graffiti, but I guess you can do the same? If you can't look at them, maybe it's a bug.

That works for looking at my tattoos but I still can't see graffiti I wrote on walls and objects.
