Where to find ganglionic teleprojector

Been looking all around for one and no luck so far. Are there any vendors that reliably sell them? Which areas should i look? Thank you.

It's a tier 4 rare artifact, so there aren't really "reliable" sources for it, but Mafeo and Dromad traders around tier 4 are your best bet for vendors. I sometimes find it as random loot later in the game, but there is no guarantee.

When I find one it's almost always a few layers deep in the ruins scattered around the jungle.
