So I've been getting this quality quite a bit. How do you regain your bearings?

Thanks. Btw, how do you get Tam to restock on basic equipment? I'm running a build that is pretty much reliant on guns and psychic abilities and I'm finding that I keep running out of bullets and no way to get more.

It's a waiting game. I think he restocks once a week or so. But if you're looking for bullets or slugs, you might wanna try the Grit Gate. It's further north and a bit to the east of Red Rock, the gray tower that has a yellow entrance. You'll have to go through a 3 level deep dungeon before reaching the actual merchant (a white bear, behind a forcefield - press Space when next to the red '=' sign to the right, then they let you through), but he has some pretty good stuff, and usually a large stock of ammo, too.

Just continue to walk. I believe you regain your bearings when you've walked into a different zone again.
