Ganglionic teleprojector cut from game?

[Overdose]

I'm searching for over 300k rounds now to get the ganglionic teleprojector. I had it in an earlier run and it is the key to easily obtain high tier bits from turrets found at substratas deeper than 30 (robots are neutral to me). I have all other high tier stuff mutliple times already, but never saw a ganglionic teleprojector.
I've cloned multiple merchants (six day stilt & grit gate) to get the data disk, but no chance. Was it cut from the game?

Funny enough I just found one in my game scavenging a dead body, so I don't think so?
