Anyone else getting flickering on the top and bottom of the display now?

Since the last patch, the top and bottom of the screen flicker every time I move on my character. Even attacking causes it to flicker, although, less often.
I have not started a new game to see if it does it as well, but my theory is that it will.

I'd like to know a solution to stop the flickering, because not only is it distracting, it may cause me to develop epilepsy.
Or it may kill people with epilepsy, which would give you some seriously bad press. :)

Turning Vsync off does literally nothing. I cannot play if it continues to do this.

The flickering is brief, but should be fixed immediately, if there is a solution.

Edit: Starting a new character causes the same never ending flickering issue.
I want to play this game again. Can you see why I might be a little irritated?

This is the only thing in the recent patch notes th at should have caused this flickering that I know of.
I need to know if it's more than just me who has this issue. Because as it stands, it's an unplayable game. :(

Fair enough. I'm working on updating my video card drivers. THen I'll disable all mods if that doesn't work.
I hope it's not that one mod, because I like it, despite it being a bit bugged and replacing my tile with a purple square of all things.

Well, if it is that mod, I can fix whatever's causing it. Important part is just to get you fixed in the short term and identify the root cause if we can.

Good news everyone! Removing all mods made it work again!
Now I'll go add a few back in and see if it still works.

It's the Scrollder or whatever it's spelled mod, the one with the purple flickering oddness.
Now all I have to do is figure out how to fix that mod, since the creator has vanished from the face of the earth.

Ok! I'll check out that mod and see if I can fix up the issue on my side.

Thanks. He said, the creator last time I checked, that the bug might be because of him changing some tile somehow, since he doesn't play with tiles on.

I used to play this without tiles, and tiles are so much better.
