Grit gate locked doors

I'm in grit gate doing the quest and there are a bunch of doors that I have to break open to get through. Is this normal?

The doors don't usually open until after you do the first quest for them, and even then you don't get full access. At least if you're talking about the ones in their base (behind the blue barrier).

If you're talking about the green/yellow/red doors, you can find security cards around the world to get through them sometimes, but they're a little rare. But those doors can be found all over the world.

I have never been there but I heard someone say that those faction trinkets/tokens (forgot their names but will try name some: mechants, farmers, bards) will get you access to some door/s.

I always just clairvoyance/teleport in there for some free loot.
