question about storage
Do I ever get my own house or a room or some place where i can put a bunch of stuff? Or should i just keep converting my wealth from water into beads? lol

Some players pick up a chest and store less used items in them, drop them at a recoiler spot or other easy access location or simply claim a parsang after clearing it.

Its up to you.

If you are looking to store wealth, jeweler merchants at the stilt are your friends. They sell gems, which are worth a lot and weigh very little.

If you are looking to store items for later use, what Bystandard said works fine. I personally like to cram everything into the implant rack of the becoming nook at the Barathrumites' in Grit Gate and claim it as my personal storage space.

If you are feeling really fancy about it, you could even get the Hearthpyre mod (endorsed & pinned to the top of General Discussions by the developers themselves) and build your own town, so that your chain lasers/fullerite armors don't get bored and sad while you're off to work.

There are ways to do even without mods.

First, you need a pick axe, than dig into any where you wish your home would be, create your very own comfort cave.

Than, you need to steal, I mean "Collect" pieces of furniture from various villages and dungeons, just make sure every piece is selected with style.

The third thing you need to do, is look for a "programmable recoiler", so that you can give you lovely new home easy accessibility.

The final issue left to me is, I don't know a way to place down my front door yet.

I use Joppa. In one of the small houses without chests (there are a couple baskets in the residence; middle of the town). While exploring I pick up 2-3 chests while looting, bring them back, and place them in the house. I then use that as my "base" and store overflow loot there. One chest I usually use for liquids (extra water flasks, etc), one chest I use for gear I want to hang onto, and the third chest I use for odds and ends. It's my go-to method for storage.
