Wishing for specific mods on items

Is there a way to wish for items with a specific mod on it? Like jewel-encrusted or engraved versions of an item?

the simple command "item" will create a random jewel-encrusted item but there doesn't seem to be a way to create (even randomly) a jewel-encrusted slender item or overloaded etc

for generating a specific item with the jewel-encrusted mod, one could wish for it until it randomly generates with that mod. or, they could tinker a nod to that item while wearing nacham's ribbon, and hope that it generates on there then. if one just wants a random jewel encrusted item, the item wish should work!

ah ok I had never heard of nacham's ribbon. Is there a good command for removing items from the map after creating the jewel-encrusted thing you want? There might be a lot to remove by the time we're done

throw a Hand-E-Nuke at them or something ;)
(Don't actually use a nuke, but there are plenty of ways to destroy items, you can even attack items on the ground...)

Well, phase-conjugated nuke, phase before throwing does that...
