Can't find Helping Hands equipment

I've made several characters that reached lvl 40, but I've never seen a Helping Hands spawn. Does anyone know an easier way to find them?

Legendary turtles and putus templar warmonger may have them. I believe there is chance to start with helping hands if you choose Artifex caste.

it's near impossible to find a lot of warmongers. And the warmongers I killed never dropped it.

I found one by accident in one playthrough and I can't remember where from, but it wasn't a Templar. It may have been from a shop or a chest. They're rare, no doubt about that.

I found a rust bog when walking around great salt desert. There was two chests and in another was helping hands.
