Injured Companions
I have two companions, one beguiled and one proselytized and they've been kicking butt. Usually they get hurt in fights and heal up after a number of rounds. But now they've been "injured" for the past hour or so of play and they're not getting any better.

Is there something I can do?

Companions don't usually need water unlike player, but thirst attack causes dehydration, and they become unable to auto-recover. Perhaps giving them some water should solve your problem.

are they missing limbs? you could try to shoot them with an ubernostrum injector if you have an injector gun.

I actually died not long after posting this, so I didn't get to try anything out.

I did "look" at them and they had no effects on them, so I'm not sure what was wrong. Would missing limbs or dehydration show up in the list of effects?

Missing body parts are shown in the l)ook description, not in the buff/debuff list. Nothing shows about dehydration so I think that's a kind of unimplemented. It's quite hard to be found generally, well, can be solved easily by giving companions even 5 drams when they join you, though.
