How to use the Wish command
I contracted Fickle Gill and the remedy for that would be to eat the corpse of a bloated leach... but I dont have carnivor mutation and I cannot for the live of me to find one of those leach... and when I do find a leach, its not bloated and they leave no corpse... Unless someone has a suggestion im screwed

If you wait long enough without eating, you will become Famished and then you will be able to bring yourself to eat a raw corpse.

You can often find leeches (bloated or non-bloated) in Jungle biomes.

FIGBird, thank you, but how do I access the wish command? What do I need to press? Is there something I need to activate?

You probably need to set it up as a hotkey. Press escape and go to key bindings then find wish.
