You should use it on Eaters nectar injector which gives you attribute or mutation points.

I used mine on "a scroll bound by kelp" because it gives you I think 10k exp when you turn it in

A second (or 3rd or 4th) folded carbide wristblade, if you've got two weapon fighting and jab. Load up all your weapons with freezing mods.

Double Fist of the Ape God is pretty good. Works really well as a post game weapon for a guy who has been punching everything with fists and pretty much all but one attribute point has been spent on strength.

I've said it before: fist of the ape god-wielding esper with ego projection and mass mind is by far the most powerful late-game character. Helps to have enough natural strength to get cudgel tree skills, but not necessary.
