Jewel-Encrusted Extradimensional pistol?

I found some priests of some sort (Angolut or something I forget) and got extremely lucky and managed to kill them. Near some bedrolls nearby was a sturdy painted pistol and a Jewel-Encrusted Extradimensional pistol. Was wondering if there is any fundamental difference between the two? I'm new to the game and I tried looking it up but couldn't find anything.

Sturdy items can't break

painted and engraved items tell you stories of different historic figures which can lead you to dungeons with legendary relics, and they are worth a bit more.

Jeweled items are worth more, but idk what the Extradimensional thing does.

You can just use the "look" option ant the game usually explains stuff like this.

Painted just means there is a secret painted on the device. Similar to engraved.

I started my last game with an extradimensional bronze dagger from "the dead square" already equiped.

I used it a lot hoping to discover hidden inherited properties but nothing special happened.

It had +1PV nevertheless.
