Any way to wish for a questline to begin?

"More than a willing spirit" bugged out for me, it wouldn't check off when I reached Grit Gate with the repaired robot so Otho never appeared even when they let me through the gate. I used wish "stage3" to complete the quest but it didn't start the next one, and I tried the startquest:<quest name> wish command in about every way I could think of but nothing worked. Anybody have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

Well I wishing for a different quest, and it worked, so I tried using completequest hoping it would just remove the quest from my questline but the game just gave me a bunch of free XP I didn't want instead so I guess I'll just start over...

"Decoding the Signal" doesn't seem to work when you try to start it via wish commands, but others do. Kind of bummed now, that was my best character by a lot and I had 10 hours on it.

You can check Quests.xml for the specific ID for the quest you're wishing for; it matches by ID not display name.

Hmm.. I did look at the Quests.xml to make sure I was using the right name, and I didn't see any IDs. I'm checking again and I'm still not seeing where the IDs are. Also, using "startquest:The Earl of Omonporch" worked but "startquest:Decoding the Signal" did not, which is strange. Could you explain where the IDs are specifically?
