I think it's the kirikiri engine.

E-mote is just a kirikiri plugin.

You're welcome to code your on program to decrypt the encryption keys if you want. Otherwise, look around on the internet with various VN translation forums and see if they might do something.

The current tools available for the Kirikiri engine are outdated and do not work. I've already tried and all I got were hash strings.
