So I heard this game has nudity
And that it doesn't show up in the steam version is there a way to get a uncensored verson or patch the steam verson (like in huniepop)

Nope. Japanese game, Japanese censor laws.

The Steam version is censored, yes. There is no fully uncensored version, due to them following Japanese censorship; you will still see mosaics.

Two alternatives:

• Get the full version (it sells for about US$20), which has everything already in it. (Personally, I prefer this option, because you never have to deal with updates breaking the patch, which has happened a few times. And it also feels nice not to have it depending on Steam. It's still possible to launch it from Steam, though, if you like.) In this case, you will probably want to get a refund on the Steam version. You can do that if you bought it less than 2 weeks ago and played for less than 2 hours total.
  
• Patch the Steam version. Look for "DLC", for about US$10.

Both alternatives can be obtained from either Denpasoft or dlsite.

Oh, I should point out it's not just nudity. There are multiple, animated H-scenes. So, decide whether you actually want that. The amount and quality of the content is a big reason for the price difference.
