I don't understand this part. Do you mean, you tried to reinstall Nekopara? Or what?
Two possibilities come to mind:
* The file drawdeviceD3DZ.dll is missing or corrupted. In that case, reinstalling Nekopara should fix it. You would do this by: 1. Open game properties. 2. Go to the "Local files" tab (sorry, don't know what that is in Spanish). 3. Click the button that says, "Verify integrity of game files" (again, don't know what it is in Spanish).
If that doesn't work, try wiping the game folder completely (you can find it with "Browse local files") before reinstalling.
* You tried to install an incompatible 18+ patch. To my knowledge, only the official $10 patch works at this point. I'm not sure if that can actually be the cause of this particular issue. Usually, it causes a different error. But it can't hurt to consider it.
reinstall the game, nothing happened, verify integrity of game files, nothing happened, could you explain what is wiping the game folder? When i say download everyone say, i was trying to say that i actually downloaded dxweb setup and directx_jun_2010_redist (and do not worry, i install steam in english) somethig else, i do not try to install the patch so, it can't be (sorry again if something is bad writed (like this))
I know you said you didn't mess with any patch. But who knows? It's something to try, at least.
Well, after looking around a little, I guess it could be DirectX. Did you see this thread? There are a couple of things there that might be helpful. The last post there is especially interesting. Using the Japanese version of it. You really shouldn't have to do that, but Nekopara is a Japanese product, after all.
If that doesn't solve it, then I don't know. Sorry.
