18+ patch worth?

Only you can decide that for yourself. The Steam versions are cut down from the full versions (which are sold separate from Steam). The extra content is a significant amount and consists of a few things:
* A few CGs contain nudity, or other things considered too "hot" for Steam. These are censored in the Steam version (to remove nipples, for instance), but as little as possible.
* H-scenes, of course. Not sure what I should tell you about those. They do go on for a while, so they add significantly to the overall time. Other than the sorts of things you typically find in VN H-scenes, there's some animation too.
* A very few lines of dialogue outside the H-scenes are cut. It's hard to even find these; in fact, I only know of one, from Vol. 1.

Yes. Sekai Project sells Denpasoft store credit, either $5 or $10, on their main site[sekaiproject.com], and you can pay for that with PayPal. Someone was saying they needed a CC connected to their PayPal before the payment would be accepted, though. I don't know if that has anything to do with age verification, or what, or maybe it was some other unrelated problem.

It says this in the store, but you can only use one coupon, which this technically is, on Denpasoft checkout, so be sure to choose the right amount.

Can you still get the achievments with the 18+ DLC installed?

I'm pretty sure, yes. I can't say for absolute certain, since I don't use it (I just go for the full version instead of Steam). But people aren't complaining about it not being the case, which I know they definitely would. Plus, if not, what's the point of having the DLC? You may as well just have the full version, which you can even launch from Steam.

And even if can't get achievements with the patch, it's easy to work around: just go through it without the patch in place while you collect them. A bit of a bother, but quite doable.

BTW, one problem people are complaining about is that it's crashing on the Extras menu. The workaround is easy enough and has been posted several times in this forum. Hopefully they fix that soon.

They have the 18+ patch for sale on Denpasoft for Vol 1 and 2. You can get both for $15. I'm probably going to pick them up since I got the games on Humble Bundle for a low price. I was waiting for the entire series to come out but 19 games for $12 is hard to beat.
