Can't create online profile.

I have an ubisoft account. When I enter my legacy username and password authentication is failed and I cant create an online account to play Anno 1404: Venice.

My password doesnt have any special symbols.

What happens with the online profiles when the Online Services will be shut down on May 22nd?

Authentication problems. Have changed my password for 2 accounts. I can login to Ubisoft Connect, but can't load any of my saved games, because I can't download my online profile. I keep getting 'authentication error'. Does it mean we can't use online profiles anymore? I can only play Anno if I create a new offline profile.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

Do you receive this authentication error in the form of a notification from the Ubisoft Connect client when you attempt to launch the game?

Or is it something you receive in-game instead?

To address your query Cubiz - the servers are scheduled to be closed on June 1st 2021, from that point on online content will no longer be accessible
