He said that the game isn't working under WIndows 11 and he ask if someone did get it to work under Windows 11

Does it fail to launch or crash with / without any errors?

Were you able to play on Windows 10 previously?

And if you haven't done so already, please make sure you've tried verifying the game's files[ubi.li] and running the game in compatibility mode[support.microsoft.com].

You can launch the game from the folder directly. Then you will see the error messages, e.g. missing directx install:
