Stuck at Mission 5: A Storm Breaks Out

So I am at the last part of this mission and I destroyed all warships. It doesn't trigger the cutscene to end the mission however, and now I am stuck. I have been trying to find the unofficial patch to possibly fix this, but that patch is nowhere to be found on the internet anymore. Honestly I have no idea what to do.

Are you rellay sure you destroyed all warships? Because if so Guy Forcas will finally admit that he is defeat.

If you can, load a save which was before and try again

I'll try reloading a save, if that doesn't work I'll just do the Venice campaign.
