Cossacks 3 Crash for me High-End spec.

Hello,
I have stumbeled on a problem with cossacks 3.

During mid game it crashes sometimes for me when I play Multiplayer. (might happen single player as-well but have not tested.)

Sometimes I get the error massage "run out of memory" or something. I been reading that this might be RAM problem. Well I do have 32GB DDR4 RAM. So either the units/enteties in the game takes up allot of RAM that result my RAM to go over 32GB or it could allso be the GPU.
Well if it is the GPU, how is that possible when I use a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 with a VRAM on 23GB?

Yesterday I played a match too and than it was a sea map. Mid game it started Lagg Spike, like it run 1 sec 30+fps fine and than 10 sec with 0-1 fps.

All thies games I been the Host.
All thies games me and my friends been playing vs AI (Impossible) (up to 4 enemy AI impossible).

The game does not crash before at least playn for 1 hour or maybe more.

My total specs:

- Intel Core i7-10700K
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090
- 32 GB DDR4 RAM
- Windows 11
- Game installed on M.2 drive.

Settings in-game:
Well everything on highest settings ofc. Only Vsync is off. And its on Windowed Fullscreen. 1920x1080.

2 mods:
ZoomOut
Automatic Cannons (makes the cannon shoot automaticly).

PS! The game been chrasing before we even started with mods. So I do beleave its not the mods in this case!
