I have the same problem. I have send cuople of emails with internet key on [e-mail] and there is no answer. Please contact me so thaht we can resolve this problem! Thx

I had the same problem.

I bought Cossacks3 on steam in 2017.
I don't remember if I played multiplayer then.
I tried multiplayer with my friend but got "incorrect internet game key"

I sent an email to [e-mail] with my game key and address.
Haven't received a response for 10 days now.

Have they stopped supporting?
I don't use many addresses, so I think I have the right one...

Any other things I should try?

I got my reply recently from [e-mail] and my problem is solved.
They just needed time.
