Extreme graphical bugs with certain buildings

Hello some buildings look really weird on my computer. It looks like this: http://imgur.com/a/V0MjL
This mild version occurs for example with Venice's houses or Russia's academy.

However sometimes my computer (I assume graphics card) totally goes crazy when I look at these certain buildings. (It is random. Sometimes there is no problem. Sometimes it is the mild version and sometimes it goes crazy). It looks like this: https://youtu.be/qlcVOhcVPwY

The main building that causes this problem so far is Ukraine's blacksmith. However it can also happen while a building is in a certain stage. I forget with nation, but while their barrack was in progress I got the bug too. The game sometimes also crashes if I look at these buildings.

The problem's fixed with older drivers versions (january 2017 works fine)

just bought the game, having this issue. played as russia, tried to build an academy, it did exactly as that video shows and then crashed.

Would really rather not roll back my video driver by so many months, that will almost certainly cause problems for other games... Is there a fix?

Same issue here, just bought the game and set max settings. I have weird white pixels on at the center of every building (glitch). Played as France.

Actually was kind of experiencing the similar problem after I upraged from R7 260x to RX 580 but it would occur randomly and many other things are affected... units are invisible, screen mostly black like how shown in the picture. buildings sometimes can be seen normally but units will always be buggy,glitchy except for artilery...

I bought the game a few days before and I noticed that the knights are not on their horses, or the farmers have long arms, which are shuttering in the air.
