Cossacks 3 used to falsely Advertise King of Avalon: Dragon Warfare mobile game

Now I don't know the legality of this or if the Developers of this gave them the rights to use Cossacks 3 gameplay to advertise a game that is completely different than what is represented, atleast to me, this is false advertising and misuse of Cossacks 3's property.

Given that I play a couple of mobile games that connect to Googleplay that affects the kind of ads I get when watching Youtube videos and lately I've been practically bombarded with various mobile games, but mostly King of Avalon: Dragon Warfare, and seeing Cossacks 3, a game that I know of from playing the original Cossacks from GoG, being used to present something in such a dishonest manner disgusts me.

Unfortunately I can't give direct evidence linking the false adertising video, as it's an advertisment and doesn't allow viewers to go onto the actual video page to see it's URL, and a general Youtube search doesn't present it as it's probably also unlisted.

So, I don't know, I would like to see something done about this, but I'm not sure how else I can help aside from rising a flag to this issue.

This has been reported many times already. It seems there is not much that can be done about it.
You can however get a link to the ad video (at least on pc, not sure about mobile). While the ad is playing, pause it, and right click on it. Then you can either directly click in "Copy video URL" and get the link, or click on "Copy debug info", paste it into a textfile, and copy the video ID after "ad_debug_videoId". Then you just need to add https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= in front of it.

I saw one of their advertisements. All it was, was footage of Battlefield 1, shooting different guns in the air. Ending with them just using a flamethrower.
