How do you beat Poland?

Alright so I searched the forums for answers, and since I couldn't find anything I made this topic.

I'm a late musketeer type of guy (Preferred Prussia before Denmark, now only Denmark) and I always get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over by Winged Hussars, but suprisingly I don't struggle as much against Ukraine's cav.

So yeah, I've tried upgraded Pikes, I've tried upgraded Grenadiers and I've tried multi-barrel cannons and nothing seems to work, both Pikes and Grenadiers seem to get wiped pretty fast and they just out flanked and capture the multi-barrel cannons.

Oh I forgot to mention, I had SOME success with the Austrian Croats, the problem is that I needed twice the Winged Hussar's numbers in order to beat them, and after that I was left with around less than half of my Croats, which easily got wiped out by his supporting 17th century pikes and 18th Century muskets and since his Winged Hussars pretty much wiped my Pikes and Grenadiers I had no supporting units to counter the Polish support units.

So yeah, any suggestions?

I think Officers are the most effective against cavalry units (expect Dragoons and other shooters). Cuirassiers also stronger then Winged Hussars. The most effective combination against every unit is a group of 17. century Pikemans or Roundshiers with a group of shooters behind them, for example 18. century Musketeers or Dragoons.

Easy as ^that. Btw. "The Hussars can't be defeated, nor stopped, nor contained" :D

i don't really get your problem, because any cav can't even get near 18th denmark musk when upgraded. They just die so fast. Also why would you make grenadier when your musks already have grenades ?

This was made because of those No Denmark, Prussia,Ukraine games that are popping up all over the place.0

Of course my muskets annihilate anything that comes near them in a quick manner if I go Denmark.

I think decent firepower is the only thing to mangle them properly since they can mass you with pikes, light reiters and hussars. Don't really sure if there is a proper melee option to kill them but they are not that scary imo except in early and mid game without peace time.
