Can't get past single PC (Riley) flashback quest

Playing on Hard, but it seems like impossible. Sooner or later his stock healing potions are done for, and multiple forced battles against 3 opponents just kick the ♥♥♥♥ out of him.

I'll have to start all over and pick new spells (skills); guess I'm forced to pick AoE spells like Magic Sparks...we'll see how that goes.

Edit: That's what it took; an AoE spell like Magic Sparks...

It's hard but people managed to do it in Nightmare :)

Thanks for the link. I had no idea failing the quest was an option (not that I wanted to do that), nor did I realize the degree of randomness present as to which fights could be avoided. I sqeaked through w/ Magic Sparks & Energize to speed up my castings, along with the given potions.

its not so hard that one you just gotta reload and try to skip fights. if you need some tips with other things just say a word.

As I said, I got through it w/ Magic Sparks + Energize. But I appreciate the offer for future help.
