Chalassa Guide *Potenial Spoilers*

I've spent hours trying to find the blue arrow in the harbour after getting the Althea/Chalassa CG to start the quest to save her but I can't find it, All the guides say the same thing being;
"After you romanced Chalassa in Act 3 is where you want to be for that extra sidequest.
After you've unlocked the Chalassa/Althea CG, you'll get a new blue arrow at the harbour of Shacklesplit. Check the screen where your boat is. Click on the blue arrow (it's near the store on the left hand side)"
But that's not very helpful as the only blue arrow visable is the one to go back to the town centre. Does anyone have a screenshot or something showing the starting point/arrow thing.?

Has been a while, so I'm not sure, but I think the arrow is not blue, I think should be red? it doesn't happen immediately after the end of romance though, maybe 1-2 days later.

I see where I went wrong I left the lock in point conversation where you get the CG more or less last so I could move right on to Nimn and by then the 1-2 day wait for the arrow to appear won't happen. I reverted back to a previous save and did it sooner and it's there now. And it is blue to save you checking haha thanks though.
