This game is never going on sale, is it?

So it seems this game is not going to go on sale, or if it does, probably will be a pitiful % off. I'm just guessing.

This is how I feel as well. I have been waiting months for it to come down to a more reasonable price, and not only is it never on sale, it's also one of the rare games that isnt even part of the Summer Sale. I would have bought this game, and I think more units could have been sold, if it had a pricepoint more inline with similar games, and ultimately reviews.

Still waiting too sadly :( been waiting since april 2015 hasn't been on sale once. Though I love the concept like you guys 25+ euro's is just to much.

Kind of ironic that even games that came out last month like watchdogs 2 are already on sale now 0.o

Hey folks, just writing to say thank you for the continued interest in when the game will go on sale. I genuinely appreciate it.

Right now I am working on a GUI revamp, new tutorial vids & docs and one more large update which I want to get out to current customers. It feels like the right thing to get those free updates out to current customers before considering any sales.

Thank you again for your consideration and continued interest in the game and mythos.

Very irregularly. I have a build with a fix to some minor messaging glitches I may get out this holiday, beyond that I have some bits and pieces of some little content tweaks & GUI changes but I wouldn't expect the game to dramatically change. Its been done and stable for a long time now so I am wary of making too many changes and introducing problems. I think if anyone is on the fence as to whether to buy it then just assume what you see in the current play through videos from folks is what you will get. I do need to update the docs and tutorial there however. That is risk free. Hope that helps!

If you have someone helping you, would you ever want to further improve the game?

Separate from that, if you're worried about destabilizing what is already there, you could create a beta branch, labeled as such. Then you would have the current stable version, and a new one to progress any content or game design that you wanted. Any player could participate in the version of their choice.

Thanks! Yeah for sure I will put it up on beta if I get it together this holiday. Good idea. No, nobody else has worked on it, this has always been a solo project and by design, I kinda wanted to just see where the game took me you know? Follow the grain of it. Thats harder when you are working on a team. Although sharing the workload certainly would have been nice :)

I only ask because people seem to agree that this game is a hidden gem, but one which is still somewhat in the rough. I'd like to see it gain some traction, because it seems rather novel.
