Ezio Costume locked even though I own the Deluxe Edition
Why can't I unlock this? Even though Uplay is gone why isn't this auto unlocked for me because I own the deluxe edition or because Uplay is gone and rebranded to Ubisoft Connect? All other Uplay rewards were auto unlocked because of this so why not this game and the Ezio costume?

Yeah they keep changing their stuff and not updating legacy games properly so you miss all the extra you paid for.

They should just patch their games and get rid of this Ubisoft Connect.
They probably renamed it due to the poor reputation it had.

We have raised this issue with our Connect team as it has been mentioned previously and this is still under investigation, as it is known to affect Deluxe content in a few of our older legacy games.

I apologize I am unable to give any update on this missing Deluxe content at the moment.

It's been like that for at least a year. You literally laugh at your customers at this point!

Its not just on PC, its also like this on Xbox Series X none of the Uplay content works!

You said that for years. I just feel it's just to avoid the issue. It doesn't help. It's easy to just patch them in the game and remove the stupid integration of the client inside.

i face the same problem, it seems that it will not fixed quickly. i hope it will be solved soon.

It's been like that for more than a year... ON YOUR OWN CLIENT!


what's so complicated about it? Maybe you wanted to say overlooked?

Why Ubisoft keep trying to use their own client when steam can offer all the API to do the same without constantly breaking it?

Especially with steam deck, the forced Uplay/ubi connect integration should just be patched out

Can we also get cloud saves for the other games on Steam? I'm sure it is not a difficult thing to add and it's be very good for game preservation. Can you please bring this up to the team? Thanks.

And yet, they worked on it for years?

Legacy titles? VALVE still update their Half Life 2 game :P.
It's not a legacy title, it's just that all these update you make to your client cause a whole mess even messer.

It even changed name 2-3 times...
If you have so much issues with your own clients, why you still try to "fix" it? SteamAPI offer everything to add that. You can also just patch every bonus in the game.

You should actually patch all the content in the game after you told us for years you were working on it LOL.

You haven't decided to correct your mess after lying to us for so long?

Dude for real, they plan on having PoP come back with SOT Remake and they disrespect the series so much to not even include the extras in this game. This needs to be addressed ASAP Ubisoft!
