How to get 60FPS?

Trying to get this game to run at 60fps, anyone know how to do that? I can only have it run at 30 or 250 with vsync off.

Or, you can use D3Dx. You can set the resolution you want (1920x1080) and force the refresh rate you need according to your monitor. By default D3Dx uses 60 Hz, but you can change that in "d3dx.ini".

check your computers current set resolution, make sure that resolution isn't set at 30fps, if so, than anytime you have vsync on any game will be 30fps.

thank you so much! i tried everything with no luck but yours helped me, the game was stuck at 50fps, i changed resolution from 1080p to 1440p and now fps is no longer stuck at 50!
