EDIT: Its official. This app is dead on modern macs. It works if you use leopard from 10+ years ago, but not newer operating sytems. Do not purchase this if you plan on actually playing it....

just bought it–wish there'd be a way to flag these issues so that the steam store can alert purchasers to issues. i have a win partition but i didn't purchase this game to play in win. i actually blame steam/valve for selling busted games vs. the publisher.

Maybe I have some interesting info. Well, I have Win7 PC and my wife have Macbook OS 10.10.5. She plays Zuma Revenge more than 1 year so I decided buy Zuma Deluxe for her Mac. Epic fail))) Now I solve problem in such manner: I start Steam оn both comp, PC and Mac and enter to my steam acc. I start Zuma Deluxe on PC, my wife open library, choose Zuma and button "Translation" below its icon. So she can play Zuma on her Macbook then game works on my Win PC. Sorry for my poor english)

WRITE TO STEAM SUPPORT/POPCAP they gave me a download code, so i can play it but just not through steam.

I have windows so I'm not so sure, but could it be that the code is outdated?

Just have to get a refund when this kind of thing happens. Microsoft makes games work again sometimes (eventually) but I don't think Apple cares.

I'm pretty sure Apple didn't mean for their computers to be used for gaming(as they suck at it). Windows is more optimized(depending on how your comp. was built)

If it doesn't work on macs, why list it for sale???? I bought it in a bundle and was really looking forward to playing it again. At least I have the other games... >:(
