Didn't see your thread until now, and I'm not sure if you're having the same issue, but it sounds like you might be, so try right clicking on the desktop, go to Screen Resolution, and try changing the resolution to a lower one. That got it to come up in windowed mode for me, which is what I think you want. Hope this helps.

Setting the Compatibility Mode of Zuma.exe to Win XP works as well. It will have those ugly black sidebars if you have a widescreen resolution active, but this way you don't need to change the screen resolution everytime you want to play Zuma.

i think its an older game so it wont go into full mode

i did it on windows 10

For me, on WIN 10 it works when I set the compability mode to Windows 7 and to fullscreen in the game's settings.
