Torment Therapy Stealth Sequence Bug
I'm just curious if anyone else has had this problem. At the stealth sequence, I have no indicators to wear the nurses are looking and it's making it virtually impossible for me to pass it as I don't know when to go. I've seen how it's supposed to look. I wanna continue the game but until this is fixed I don't think I can.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled and stopped playing and steam even updated but yeah...

First teleport past the ambulances so all the nurses don't spot you.
After that wait until the first nurse turns her back, if you stay far away she won't see you. When she does, teleport past the ring piece and go behind the second nurse facing your right.
Then when you turn you'll see another nurse facing you, ignore this one. It actually faces the entrance to zone 2 so it technically won't see you.
After that wait until the next nurse turns her back and teleport past the matrons desk.
Sneak behind it afterward and wait for the final nurse and you're good to go.
If you really wanted to you could use vanish and run through as that lets you pass their sight.

When I played I completely forgot about how you were supposed to be stealthy so I ran through and used Primal Fear when they noticed me and Speed boost right after. I'm pretty sure the nurses despawn after you reach Zone 2 so as long as you can get there they won't be a threat.

Thats if you can pass them, they work weird cause you can stun them before they see you but will still jump down and chase you afterward

This was actually really helpful for the first half of getting through it, the second half i just sped through it with the dash and i evetnaully managed to get to the second area... i've still died a bunch in the second area but AT LEAST I'VE GOTTEN TO A NEW SAFE POINT.

so thanks! i was really stuck on this and was considering just giving up and waiting for the bug to be hopefully fixed.

No problem. If you chose to wait you would've been waiting a long time because the bug fix is releasing with chapter 5 which is still probably gonna be a while
