Getting S Rank In Monkey Business Is Bugged?

Hey guys... I did everything for the S rank but still can't got it. Time, soul shards, bonus shards, secrets, lives lost and shard streak is S at the end of the game but the final rank is A :S Do you know what is the problem? I am going to crazy :@ Can't solve it.

Your game might be on Easy mode. Go to the game's in-game settings to change it.

Switch the game to normal mode and you'll get the S rank

Make sure you are NOT on Easy difficulty and make sure you meet the requirements. For Monkey Business you are not allowed to die once. If you die exit the level and try again. Be sure to find both secrets and complete the levels as fast as possible best strategy for me at least it to get all 3 of them behind me and try not to grab the stun or reveal shard until I am forced to (soul shard are near it and I have no time to go AROUND the map to get other soul shards)

Your welcome NeverMind. If you have issues with future levels then wait till you have more abilities then come back to them. Deadly Decadence is VERY easy when you have telepathy and primal fear.

I cant switch my difficulty to normal mode. And I cant get S rank. Every time i lose a life it turns the difficulty to easy mode

Same dude. I S-ranked monkey business like 4 times or something, and it refuses to give me the S-rank. I am on normal difficulty but it only gives me A-rank even tho I did everything to get S-rank.
