thanks for user typervader: apparently steam cloud dont allow you to change the files, so check if it is enabled on dsrk deception, then put the files

update: i have shared my encrypted version of the save, the same install method, throw it at your Local folder and its done.

no problem, if you are having trouble with power levels, you can reset it clicking on resume, editing the levels and quitting the story mode

pressing WINDOWS KEY + R will open a window for execute actions (open files, folders or apps manually) putting "appdata" will open a folder, in this folder you must click "local" and replace "DDeception" with the one i have distributed, if done correctly then all levels should be unlocked with an S-RANK

yeah, you need to put the folder from inside of zip in the "local" folder in appdata, you will need to REPLACE you DDeception folder, so delete/backup it and put the new one, and start game after putting the folder.

one question, do you own chapter 4 or dd complete? if you don't i think the save wont allow you play the others 3 until you get then

very late but tysm for the save, bought new computer and felt like replaying so pressed "new game" only to have my entire save data deleted including all of my S rank replays

tip for anyone trying to do this: steam cloud overwrites the all S save so disable that and if it still doesnt work delete the "steamcloud" note inside of the SavedGames folder

Replay mode uses your campaign data, you powers and their respective levels, so when you start a new game it would take all your power and you know, without powers you cannot pass through specific levels excluding bearly buried, so if you would reset your chapter without power, you wouldn't be able to play literal any level, since every level [after monkey business and excluding Bearly buried wich uses level 1 default powers and obtainable through level] would need exactly one use of power to even start them

so yeah, its intentional, if you cannot use powers then you cannot play these levels and need to start again
